BYE LAWS
1. Player Transfers (8/12/2010 (updated 12/12/2010) – G Scoon)
Player transfers during the season should be made using the appropriate BIPHA form. Players are only allowed to transfer once during the season. Forms should be completed by all parties and sent to regional secretary along with a transfer fee of £10 to cover administration. Transfer fee to be reviewed each season at the regional AGM.
Completed transfer forms, including fee, must be received by the regional secretary no less than seven days before any match in which the transferred player proposes to play for his/her new team.
All other registration requirements/restrictions are as per the current BIPHA rule book (NB – transfers after 31st January means player will not be eligible for league and national finals for that season).
